Why “Cognitive Resonance”?
It is not easy to bear witness to humanity today. My effort is towards a reckoning, an invitation to move ourselves out of the cognitive dissonance of denialism, into the complex realities (and possibilities) before us, as we find the courage to take responsibility for who and how we are, amidst the web of creation.
Together we will explore the seasons of change, the mysterious, the marvelous, the cries of the world, and the humanity within. We will seek and cite the wisdom of elders, we will ask questions and excavate, we will listen and hold, and we will face where we are and what is to come.
There's no way to know what will come through, but we trust in the liberative potential of presence and the kind of meeting that can happen when we make ourselves available.
Who am I?
I am Casey. My interests and skills bring me into creative expression and investigation on topics of spirituality, psychology, philosophy, ethics, nature, ecology, zen, activism, human rights, social justice, music and sound, ritual, prayer, death, grief, addiction, animal rights, conflict and international relations, psychedelics, astrology, poetry…
I write, make music, and offer ritual guidance on Munsee Lenape land in NY. Before this, international human rights (genocide and mass atrocity prevention); before that, addictions counseling; and before that, a jazz club.

It takes considerable effort to research, nurture, and write long-form content. As an artist, I deeply appreciate your support of this endeavor.
